To use our digital directory for audio and video consulting you have to create your USER ID & PASSWORD.

Please follow the flow given below:

  • 1. Click the tab LOGIN
  • 2. USER LOGIN box will be displayed
  • 3. Click on SIGN UP
  • 4. Enter the required details in USER registration box
  • 5. Tick the box for your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and T&C
  • 6. Click on SIGN UP tab to submit your details
  • 7. Under Confirm Customer Account enter OTP received on email
  • 8. Once email verified enter OTP received on registered phone number
  • 9. If OTP not received on Phone then click the link ‘Resend Phone OTP’
  • 10. Enter the Phone OTP screen will display Confirm Customer Account

You have successfully created your USER NAME & PASSWORD

Click the LOGIN tab again and enter your username & password to login our directory

After your successful login the box will display your name, email ID and Phone number

  • 1. click the tab DIGITAL DIRECTORY
  • 2. Select the CATEGORY tab of professionals (Like CA, CS, Advocate, Custom Broker, Others)
  • 3. Select the professionals name and click the tab SCHEDULE for Audio or Video consulting appointment.
  • 4. SCHEDULE MEET box will get open now select the mode & duration of consulting
  • 5. Complete the online payment through our payment gateway (Amount will be calculated automatically including GST).
  • 6. Your appointment accepted (Subject to Availability of Compliance Professional) 7. Free Rescheduling is allowed

FOR MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

Follow the flow given below:

  • 1. Click the tab LOGIN
  • 2. Under USER LOGIN Box click on MEMBER LOGIN
  • 3. Click on SIGN UP within MEMBER Box
  • 4. Enter the required details under ‘Create Member Account’
  • 5. Middle name should not be Blank Write NA (If not required)
  • 6. Tick the box for your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and T&C
  • 7. Click on SIGN UP tab to submit your details.
  • 8. Under Confirm Customer Account enter OTP received on email
  • 9. If OTP not received on email then click the link ‘Resend Email OTP’ (Due check the verification email in your spam box)
  • 10. Enter the required fields under ‘Practice registration details’
  • 11. Upload the documents in the given format not exceeding 2MB under ‘Required Member Documents’
  • 12. Tick the box for giving your consent to Zavian Management Services Private Limited (As per Data Protection Act of India) to use your KYC documents for the purpose of verification and due Diligence
  • 13. Click the tab FINISH
  • 14. Complete the online membership payment through our payment gateway (Amount will be calculated automatically including GST).
  • 15. After successful payment transaction your membership will be verified and finally published in our digital directory.
  • 16. Unless we verified your membership details on login under member box message will be displayed ‘Membership Approval Pending’.
